ASOC Senate Funding Request Form

Fill out the following information completely.  Any incomplete information could delay your request and potentially decrease the percentage awarded.  Please attach additional information as appropriate. 

 

This form is due by Friday at 5:00 PM.  The Funding Request Meeting is Monday at 12:30 PM in the ASOC Office in the Johnson Student Center.  Attendance is required.  

 

For full details, refer to the ASOC Funding Guidelines. 

 

All events sponsored by ASOC must have "ASOC" on their promotional materials.
